Welcome to Wild Ivy Baby & Kids (“we,” “us,” or “the boutique”). By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our store.

1. Use of Site

  • You must be 18+ or have parent/guardian consent.

  • Don’t copy images, designs, or text without written permission.

  • We may suspend access if you violate these rules.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All items are new, unused, and CPSC-compliant.

  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping (shown at checkout).

  • We may change prices or discontinue items without notice.

  • Typo? We reserve the right to cancel obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order acceptance happens when we email a confirmation (not at checkout).

  • We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • You’re responsible for accurate shipping info. Wrong address = reship at your cost.

4. Shipping

  • US orders ship via USPS First Class / Priority (2–7 days).

  • Tracking provided. Lost/delayed packages: we’ll help file a claim but aren’t liable after carrier pickup.

  • Free shipping on orders $75+ (contiguous US only).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • See our Return Policy (30 days, unused, tags on).

  • Refunds issued to original payment method.

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, logos, and designs © Wild Ivy Baby & Kids.

  • Don’t use for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We’re not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress from a delayed gift).

  • Max liability = your order total.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.

  • Check back for the latest version.

9. Governing Law

  • Minnesota law applies. Disputes handled in Hennepin County courts.
