We want you to love every piece!

If something isn’t perfect, you may return unused & unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What’s Eligible

  • Clothing, accessories, and toys in new condition

  • Original packaging (poly mailer is fine)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email)

What’s Not Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Personalized/monogrammed pieces

  • Final-sale clearance items (marked on product page)

How to Return

  1. Email us at wildivybabyandkids@gmail.com with your order # and reason.

  2. We’ll reply within 24 hrs with a free return shipping label (US only).

  3. Drop off at any USPS location – you pay nothing upfront.

  4. Once received, refund issued to original payment method in 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size/color? Just note it in your email – we’ll ship the new item as soon as the original arrives back.
